HOW TO PURCHASE A SEASON PASS
- Click "Buy Now" and enter the number of passes you would like to purchase.
- Click red text link in each Item row to enter Season Pass Holder information (required before checkout)
- Click Checkout
- Enter billing and credit card information
- Tickets will be sent to your email
- Print your Season Pass Voucher
- Purchase and print your own Sandcastle Season Pass Voucher. This Voucher must be redeemed at Sandcastle any operating day of 2010 to obtain your photo ID Season Pass.
By purchasing the pass, the holder confirms they have read, understand, and agree to abide by all park and Season Pass
rules and regulations.

Can I purchase more than 2 season passes for the discount (2 for $99.99)?
Yes. If you purchase 2 or more season passes in one transaction you will receive each pass at the discounted rate of $49.99 until offer ends.

What do I do if did not receive my email confirmation?
Please check your junk mail/spam folder to make sure the confirmation email and tickets from [email protected] are not marked junk/spam. If you still cannot locate your confirmation email, please email [email protected] with the following information; First name, last name, date of online order, correct e-mail, and confirmation number (if known). We are currently experiencing problems with e-mails going to comcast users. Please also include an alternate e-mail if possible.

Will I receive tickets in the mail for my online order?
No. You will receive a confirmation e-mail containing an attachment of a PDF file of your tickets. Please save this email and print your tickets prior to your visit to Sandcastle.

What happens if the wrong name is listed on my season pass?
All tickets and season passes are transferable until the time they are redeemed at the park. If the name is incorrect on your electronic ticket, changes can be made the day of your visit prior to having your season pass processed.

Can I transfer a season pass to another person once I purchased it?
Season passes are transferable until the time they are printed/redeemed at the park. Once a season pass is printed, the pass cannot be transferred to another guest.

I want to buy a season pass but I am not sure who the recipient will be. What name should I enter?
Often for these situations, a generic name or title should be used for the first and last name fields when ordering online. Example: Congratulations PTA or Happy Birthday.

CABANAS
Oh, yeah. This is the way to do a day at Sandcastle! Reserve your own private cabana – a breezy 10 x 10 canopy above four lounge chairs, four chairs and a table – for parties of up to 8 people. You can relax and enjoy the park all the more knowing you’ve got plenty of shade and seat reserved for you all day long. Choose a cabana from three locations: the Wave Pool, Wet Willies or the boardwalk overlooking the Mushroom pool.
For the full VIP treatment, add a personal party host to take and deliver all your food and beverage orders. You’ll never have to leave your cabana! Be sure to reserve your party host prior to your visit (48 hour advance reservation is required). The cost for a private host is only $20 per hour. Cabana Rental Rates:
Each cabana has an 8 person limit. Guest may purchase a cabana in advance online or on the day of their visit at the
park (based on availability).
$50 Weekday (Monday - Friday)
$60 Weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
*Cabanas will be available to buy online starting Tuesday, May 28! Guests will also have the option this season to choose their cabana. If you want a cabana reservation for May 25, 26 or 27, please call 412-462-6666 x0.
