Raincheck Guarantee
If pools and waterslides are closed due to inclement weather, and you have your ticket stub or receipt, you will be issued a FREE admission ticket (raincheck) good for a return visit. That means, you can come back for FREE. So even if the skies are gray – what have you got to lose?
If Sandcastle Management is forced to close all the pools and waterslides during any one operating day, a full price ticket will be issued for any guest that is exiting the park at that time with a receipt or ticket stub. Rain checks will only be issued up to 30 minutes after the attractions are reopened for anyone exiting the park for the day. Guests will be eligible for the offer only as they exit the park for the day and posses a receipt or ticket stub. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Season Pass Holders do not qualify for rain checks. Ticket will be valid for the year they are issued.
